It has become something of a recipe for the Philadelphia Eagles this season. Play a tight game into the fourth quarter, and let Saquon Barkley take over from there.
With the Eagles holding a 22-15 lead over the Los Angeles Rams late in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s NFC Divisional Round game, Philadelphia took over on their own 22-yard line, 78 yards from a touchdown that would seal the game, and send the Eagles to the NFC Championship Game.
They — and Barkley — needed just one play:
